Artur Elovskii is a technical expert preparing for the qualification as a German and European Patent Attorney.
He received his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Theoretical Physics from Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU), Russia. He further received his second M.Sc. degree in Applied and Engineering Physics in Technical university of Munich (TUM) and University Rennes 1, in France, in the framework of ERASMUS MUNDUS MaMaSELF program. Mr. Elovskii wrote his master thesis “Structure ofα 〖Al〗_2 O_3 (0001) and SrTiO_3 analyzed with a NEW RHEED-Setup” in Forschungs-Neutronenquelle Heinz Maier-Leibnitz (FRM II) center, Munich.
Artur Elovskii has been working for MERH-IP as a patent attorney candidate since the summer of 2020. His main activities are drafting and prosecuting of European patent applications, in particular in the fields of telecommunications, including wireless communications, space technology and material science.
